Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team as aPatient-Centered Technician in Fairfax, VA. Deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers, receive specialized training, and grow your skills in a supportive environment.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm. Competitive pay from $22.00/hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), paid time off, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• Minimum: High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, with significant relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: maintain EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
• Location: On-site in Fairfax clinic; back-up coverage at other regional centers preferred.
