Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Rockville, Maryland seeks a patient-centered technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers. The role includes patient care, detailed record-keeping, and coordination of scheduling and billing.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, with potential coverage at other area centers. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma with relevant clinical certification and experience in fast-paced patient care or customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and an equivalent clinical certification, plus significant relevant work experience in patient care.
• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field preferred; about one year healthcare work or internship experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD preferred), with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort.
• Maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and billing procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes to support operational efficiency.
