Job summary

Neuronetics, Inc. in Columbia, MD is hiring a Patient-Centered Technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies. You will monitor patient responses, record scales, and ensure compassionate, accurate care in a supportive outpatient setting.

Full-time position with Mon–Fri 7am–7pm shifts. The role offers clinical training in TMS/esketamine, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth in a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus medical assistant certification or an Associate's degree with substantial relevant work experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or any Human Services related major; with healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
• Strong clinical interviewing skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine treatments, monitor responses, record psychiatric scales, and address discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: maintain EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: perform regular clinical admin tasks, take co-pays, and engage with patients and providers.
