Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to support our outpatient clinic. You will deliver TMS and esketamine therapies, monitor patient responses, and maintain compassionate, accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers a starting wage of $22.00 per hour, with shifts Monday–Friday between 7am and 7pm. Comprehensive benefits, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
Minimum: HS Diploma or Associate’s degree or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
Ability to stand for extended periods; BLS certification provided.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine, monitor responses, record scales, and address discomfort.
Maintain accurate EHR, handle scheduling, check-in/out, and financial procedures.
Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
Location: On-site Fairfax clinic; backup coverage at other regional centers as needed.
