Job summary

Concord Servicing, LLC, based in the United States, seeks a Manager overseeing Titles & Insurance Operations to lead title processing, Total Loss, and GAP claims. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance across DMVs, insurers, and investors, and partner with Compliance and Internal Audit on reviews.

This role focuses on process design, vendor management, and escalation resolution, while driving performance metrics and SOP maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance or related field.
• 5+ years in auto finance, loan servicing, or title/lien operations with 2+ years in management.
• Working knowledge of state DMV title/lien processes and ELT systems.
• Experience with GAP or similar insurance claims processing.
• Strong understanding of auto lending compliance (state title/lien law, UCC filings, consumer finance regulations).

Responsibilities

• Oversee title operations lifecycle including repossession titles, lien recording, perfection, releases, duplicates and out-of-state transfers.
• Oversee total loss insurance operations from notification through carrier settlement and validation.
• Direct GAP claims from intake to settlement and ensure contractual/regulatory deadlines are met.
• Lead people and process improvements; hire, train, coach, and set performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, investor guidelines, and internal policy.
