Job summary

Closing Services LLC. in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Production Coordinator to enter new application information for buyers, sellers, property, and lenders into the Title Desktop System and to create both physical and electronic file folders.

This is a hybrid position with duties including ordering searches, generating confirmations, updating parties, and maintaining transaction status and pipeline reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in an order or data entry role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter new application information for buyers, sellers, property, and lenders into the Title Desktop System.
• Create both physical and electronic file folders for transactions.
• Place orders for required searches and monitor receipt of results.
• Notify parties and provide updates as requested.
• Update transaction status and pipeline reports in the Title Desktop system.
