PeopleShare by PROMAN seeks an experienced Title Insurance Specialist to support the Princeton and Robbinsville offices. This role focuses on conducting residential and commercial closings, coordinating with lenders, agents, and attorneys, and delivering exceptional client service throughout the settlement process.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ Title Insurance Producer license, is a licensed Notary Public, and excels in communication and relationship-building within the real estate

Formación

• Active New Jersey Title Insurance Producer license required.
• Active Notary Public certification required.
• Experience conducting real estate closings and settlements preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions with accuracy and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct residential and commercial real estate closings.
• Prepare, review, and finalize settlement and closing documents.
• Coordinate transactions with agents, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers.
• Guide clients through the closing process and answer related questions.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the market.
• Ensure all transactions comply with state regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout settlement.

PeopleShare is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Insurance Specialist to join a well-established title company serving the Princeton and Robbinsville, NJ areas. Location and Compensation

Location: Princeton & Robbinsville, NJ (Must be open to working in both offices)
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Normal Business Hours | In-Office

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Title Insurance Producer License
• Active Notary Public certification
• Previous experience conducting real estate closings and settlements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions while maintaining accuracy and compliance
