What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with a wide variety of DMV‑related services, including vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, renewals, plates, and more.
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in compliance with PennDOT regulations.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with customers—both in person and over the phone.
• Maintain organized records and files in accordance with company and state guidelines.
• Operate point‑of‑sale systems and process customer payments.
• Deliver excellent service in a fast‑paced office environment, where multitasking is a must.

Training & Growth Opportunities

• Cross‑training available across four divisions: Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance, and Pack & Send.
• Opportunity to obtain your insurance license if you’re interested in exploring a sales or customer advisor path.
• Notary Public certification is required within the first 90 days (we’ll help you get certified — if you’re already a Notary, even better!).

Preferred (but not required)

• Prior experience in a customer service, dealership, notary, or DMV‑related role.
• Notary Public certification.
• Bilingual or multilingual.

Minimum Requirements
