Planet Auto Tags is seeking a detail-oriented Auto Tags & Title Clerk to join our Philadelphia team. You will handle customers, phone calls, paperwork, title and registration transactions, and follow-ups throughout the day to ensure accuracy and excellent service.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and comfort with Pennsylvania title/registration procedures. Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Prior title clerk/DMV experience preferred.
• Experience in car dealership, insurance, or other document-heavy/customer-service environment welcome.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania title and registration procedures a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to meet background requirements for the position.

Responsabilités

• Process vehicle title transfers, registrations, and tag applications accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit PennDOT paperwork and ensure PA title/registration compliance.
• Maintain organized records of title and registration transactions.
• Communicate with customers, dealerships, lienholders, and state agencies.
• Verify VINs, lien releases, odometer disclosures, insurance info, and supporting docs.
• Track outstanding titles and paperwork; follow up as needed.
• Identify discrepancies and help resolve title/registration issues.
• Answer phones and assist customers at the front desk.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
