Renn Kirby Auto Group in Gettysburg, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Tag & Title Clerk to join our busy dealership full-time. You will process titles, registrations and related documents, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to assist customers and staff with title procedures. Experience with dealership software is a plus, and we offer competitive pay and benefits.

Renn Kirby Auto is a well-established automotive dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Tag & Title Clerk to join our team full-time in Gettysburg, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents accurately and in compliance with state regulations.
• Verify all required information and documentation for vehicle sales and trade-ins.
• Prepare and submit paperwork to the DMV and other necessary agencies.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Assist customers and internal staff with questions regarding tag and title procedures.
• Ensure timely completion of all title work to meet dealership and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive tag and title or a related clerical role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computers and dealership software a plus.
