You will serve as a subject matter expert in title review, reassignment, release, and issue resolution, coordinating with clients, DMV/BMV, and internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality service. Strong data entry, attention to detail, and knowledge of Oracle are required, with a focus on customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required with related field experience or alternative combinations per HR policy.
• Proven knowledge of vehicle title processing and state requirements.
• Strong data entry and typing accuracy in office software.

Responsibilities

• Review titles for accuracy, negotiability, and compliance with state requirements.
• Execute title assignments, reassignments, and releases for buyers and sellers.
• Submit applications for duplicate, corrected, and new titles on behalf of clients.
• Complete related affidavits and title documents as needed.
• Resolve title discrepancies, liens, and ownership issues.
• Serve as main contact for client inquiries about title status and requirements.
• Communicate with DMV/BMV and other agencies to resolve title matters.
• Post state fees to vehicle records and process payments via Oracle.
• Maintain accurate records of all title transactions and communications.
• Stay current on title regulations and departmental policies.
