Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years' related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience with DMV/BMV regulations and title documentation required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Review titles and docs for accuracy, negotiability, and state compliance.
• Execute title assignments, reassignments, and releases for buyers and sellers.
• Prepare and submit applications for duplicate, corrected, and new titles.
• Complete repossession and correction affidavits and related docs.
• Resolve title discrepancies and lien-related issues.
• Serve as main contact for client inquiries on title status and requirements.
