Job summary

Cox Automotive in South Gate, CA seeks a Title Specialist I to accurately process vehicle titles, verify information, and resolve issues with clients and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Under 2 years of experience typical.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review titles for negotiability, sign and reassign titles on behalf of clients.
• Complete applications for new titles on behalf of clients.
• Facilitate lien perfection on NextGear Capital financed collateral when required.
• Release NextGear Capital lien on collateral that has been paid in full according to policy & procedure.
• Communicate with internal and external clients to resolve title questions via email, ServiceNOW, and phone.
• Assist senior Title Specialists and Titles & Records leadership on complex title issues.
• Maintain workflow standards with integrity and meet productivity and quality goals.
• Adhere to NextGear Capital & Cox Automotive policies and procedures.
