Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Title Specialist I to accurately process vehicle titles by verifying information and resolving issues with clients and regulators. You'll work within NextGear standards and internal policies, with training to build expertise in US title regulations.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, and applicants may reside in CA, WA, FL, GA, TX, OH or AZ, with an option to work remotely across the country.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Detail oriented with strong organization and time management.
• Effective communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review titles for negotiability and reassign titles for clients.
• Prepare applications for new titles on behalf of clients.
• Facilitate lien perfection on financed collateral when needed.
• Release liens on collateral after payoff per policy.
• Communicate with clients via email, ticketing system, and phone.
