Job summary

The Title Specialist I position at Cox Automotive is responsible for the accurate processing of vehicle titles by verifying title information and resolving issues with clients and regulatory agencies. The role includes training to expand knowledge of US title information, internal policies, and customer service standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM. Applicants must reside in eligible states and possess strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Review titles for negotiability and reassign titles on behalf of clients.
• Complete application for new title on behalf of clients as needed.
• Facilitate lien perfection on NextGear Capital financed collateral when required.
• Release NextGear Capital lien on collateral that has been paid in full according to policy & procedure.
• Communicate with internal and external clients to resolve title questions via email, ServiceNOW ticket, and phone.
