Qualifications
- Three years of participation in real estate closings (processing, searching title, etc.).
- Three years using real estate/settlement software applications (Qualia/RamQuest/ResWare preferred).
- Two years of education/training experience (public speaking, leading closings, group meetings).
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, software-focused training sessions during onboarding and beyond.
- Provide knowledge of software functionality to increase workflow efficiency.
- Lead training sessions across varying levels of users, including virtual sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving software platform and facilitate improvements.
- Travel as needed for in-state and out-of-state engagements.
