Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate closings highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and title industry closing software.

Responsibilities

• Assist field, management and Agents with policy production within the ORT offices.
• Send reports to the field and management and assist with collection of non-remitted policies and outstanding receivables.
• Assist with escrow reconciliations, weekly escrow shortages, E&O policies, Professional Liability Policies and Bonds.
• Support Agency Account Managers and Management with updated information on a regular basis.
• Run various reports on a regular basis and send to Account Managers and Management.
