Job summary

Ramsey BMW, powered by Lithia & Driveway, is hiring a Title & Registration Specialist to review and process vehicle title and registration documents. You will interact with customers and government agencies to resolve issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. Notary isn't required but is helpful; 1+ year of dealership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 18 years or older.
• Experience in a vehicle dealership and/or processing vehicle registration paperwork preferred.
• Notary helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze vehicle title and registration documents for accuracy and submit to the government agencies.
• Research and resolve title issues for vehicles aged beyond 15 or 30 days.
• Communicate with customers via chat, phone, and email to resolve registration/title questions.
• Coordinate with government personnel to resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up with internal personnel to correct issues in the purchase/sale process.
• Meet benchmarks for accuracy, timeliness, cure rates, and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve administrative issues related to title/registration.
• Handle additional tasks to support the title/registration function.
