Job summary

Dealership: Freehold BMW is powered by Lithia. Northeast Finance Center seeks a Title & Registration Specialist to verify vehicle documents and liaise with government agencies in Freehold, NJ.

You will review title and registration forms, address discrepancies, and communicate with customers to resolve questions about paperwork. Prior dealership registration experience is preferred; notary is helpful.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a vehicle dealership and/or processing vehicle registration paperwork preferred.
• Notary helpful.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inbound and outbound vehicle title and registration documents for accuracy.
• Submit documents to the appropriate government agencies.
• Resolve vehicle title issues for purchases and sales.
• Communicate with customers by chat, phone, and email to resolve issues.
• Work with government personnel to resolve registration or title discrepancies.
• Follow up with internal colleagues to correct issues identified during purchase or sale.
• Meet benchmarks for accuracy, cure rates, and efficiency.
