Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a vehicle dealership and/or processing vehicle registration paperwork is preferred.
• Notary helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze vehicle title and registration documents for accuracy.
• Research and resolve vehicle title issues for sold vehicles.
• Communicate with customers to resolve registration/title issues.
• Work with government personnel to resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up with internal personnel to correct issues.
