Verra Mobility is seeking a detail‑oriented Clerk to handle title and registration tasks, document scanning, and daily processing of orders from Mesa, AZ. The role involves data entry, records maintenance, and responsive customer interaction across phone, email and in-person channels.

The ideal candidate will bring strong numerical skills, attention to detail and reliable scheduling to support shipping, invoicing and daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with title/registration or MVD is a plus.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organized.
• General accounting experience or experience with numbers.
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint.
• Clean AZ driver’s license and DMV background check.

Responsibilities

• Process Title and Registration transactions in line with production and quality standards daily.
• Scan documents.
• Verify Daily Title Reports.
• Ship license plates daily and confirm plate inventory.
• Answer questions by telephone, email or in person.
• Maintain records, filing systems and computer files.
• Photocopy documents.
• Perform quality control audits and checks.
• Open, sort and enter data for daily orders.
• Shipping and Receiving.
• Assist walk-in customers and online submissions.
