Job summary

Old Tampa Bay Title LLC is seeking a Title Processor in Tampa, FL. You will work closely with lenders to ensure titles are clear, secure all necessary signatures, and manage the settlement process. The role requires strong communication and real estate transaction knowledge, including escrow and mortgages.

You will multitask across files, troubleshoot issues, and own the close of the sale, while maintaining client relationships and delivering accurate documentation to lenders.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Prior knowledge of titles, mortgages, escrow processes, and loans helpful.
• The ability to multitask and switch focus between multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure everyone is on the sale page while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Verify all documentation, obtain signatures as required, and keep files organized throughout the entire transaction.
• Monitor the status of the title and sale throughout the entire process, and communicate it appropriately with the clients.
• Troubleshoot issues with the title, lender, or purchaser as they arise as to not slow the closing process at all.
• Transmit all documentation to the lender as needed.
