Job summary

StraussGroup - Executive Search Consultants is seeking a Title Processor to maintain a settlements pipeline and prepare title insurance documents across multiple states. You will liaise with attorney partners and manage post-closing funds in our Escrow Accounting System.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to balance complex files in a high-volume environment. Proficiency with Excel is required.

Job description

No prior experience in the industry is required! We are looking for people with the transferable skillset to be successful!

As a Title Processor, you will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of settlements, while preparing and issuing all title insurance related documents. You will work with multiple attorney partners, across multiple states, to collect necessary documentation in order to produce the required title insurance forms.

You will also be responsible for managing the post-closing of all settlements in your pipeline by confirming receipt of all funds necessary for disbursement & balancing the file in our Escrow Accounting System. In addition, you will oversee the reporting functions related to work flow, helping our high-volume operations to run smoothly.
