Responsibilities

• Communicate with lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure everyone is on the same page.
• Verify documentation, obtain signatures, and keep files organized throughout the transaction.
• Monitor the title status and sale throughout the process, and communicate it with clients.
• Troubleshoot issues with the title, lender, or purchaser to avoid delaying the closing; transmit documents to the lender as needed.
