• Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, based on predetermined KPIs.
• Ensure timely and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence.
• Meet client and county deadlines.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Safeguard compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.
• Organize and assemble packages for other offices in a timely manner.
• Recognize and determine different Types of Real estate/Foreclosure documents.
• Communicate efficiently with staff via email and chat.
• Ensure documents are handled promptly.
• Assist closing staff with document signing.
• Order taxes from vendors.
• Assist with ordering title.
• Assist with various other projects within the team.
• Upload title and taxes to our firmware program.
