Qualifications

• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication.
• Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, based on predetermined KPIs.
• Ensure timely and thorough responses to a high volume of email correspondence.
• Meet client and county deadlines.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Exercise confidentiality and professionalism.
• Safeguard compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable.
• Organize and assemble packages to other offices in a timely manner.
• Recognize and determine different Types of Real estate/Foreclosure documents.
• Communicate efficiently via email and chat system.
• Ensure documents are handled timely.
• Assist closing staff with document signing.
• Order taxes from vendors.
• Assist with ordering Title.
• Assist with other projects within the team.
• Upload title and taxes to Firmware program.
