Qualifications

• Experience using PDF tools to markup title reports (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, eCopy).

Responsibilities

• Examine title reports provided by third party search vendors for mortgage foreclosure transactions.
• Identify necessary Defendants to a judicial mortgage foreclosure action.
• Identify parties required to receive notice of a non-judicial foreclosure action.
• Identify superior interests, title defects and title curative issues.
• Utilize online search portals for in-house tax and title searches.
• Plot metes and bounds legal descriptions using online tools.
• Obtain aerial views of subject property via online websites.
