Qualifications

• Experience with Florida e‑filing platforms (e‑Portal, Simplifile, PACER, SCRA websites) preferred.
• Foreclosure compliance procedures are a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle title claims in New York, New Jersey and Florida.
• Review the issue and notify the client on client systems.
• File the title claim or monitor progress per client requirements.
• Coordinate with underwriters and title counsel until resolution.
• Keep FW and client systems updated and current.
