Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, based on predetermined KPIs.
  • Ensure timely responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence.
  • Meet client and county deadlines.
  • Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Safeguard compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.
  • Organize and assemble packages for other offices.
  • Recognize and distinguish Real estate/Foreclosure documents.
  • Communicate efficiently with staff via email/Chat.
  • Ensure documents are handled promptly.
  • Assist closing staff with document signing.
  • Order taxes from vendors.
  • Assist with ordering title.
  • Assist with various team projects.
  • Upload title and taxes to our Firmware program.

This Title Processor position will provide our new hire with a uniquely experiential opportunity to immerse themselves in the day-to-day bustle of a prestigious legal group’s Title Department. Specific Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, based on predetermined Key Performance Indicators pertaining to the delivery of quality legal services
  • Ensure timely and through responses to heavy volume of email correspondence
  • Meet client and county deadlines
  • Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
  • Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable
  • To be able to organize and put together packages to our other offices in a timely manner
  • Be able to recognize and determine the different Types of Real estate/Foreclosure documents
  • Communicate efficiently with staff via email and our Chat system
  • Ensure all documents given are handled in a timely matter
  • Assist closing staff with having documents signed
  • Ordering Taxes from our Vendors
  • Assisting with Ordering Title
  • Assisting with various other projects within the team
  • Upload title and taxes to our Firmware program.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations
Required Education and Training:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • High school or equivalent required
  • Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
