Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Senior Manager of Title Operations to oversee DMV/Title Centers, ensuring SLA compliance and regulatory alignment across multiple centers. You will monitor performance metrics, drive process improvements, and collaborate with regional leaders to optimize title processing workflows and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related experience.
• Ability to review and interpret KPIs.
• Ability to establish and manage operational performance goals.
• Ability to identify and resolve operational roadblocks.
• Ability to anticipate short-term and long-term problems and implement solutions.
• Working knowledge of auto auction operations.
• Understanding of auction business processes and financials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Monitor centers’ performance metrics for title documents and work types across electronic and manual workflows.
• Own On Time Performance metrics and Title Center dashboards.
• Contribute to QA assessments and training for process improvements.
• Run reports and monitor title dashboards and title production management system; report weekly to managers.
• Collaborate with Directors, VPs, Area Managers, Sales Managers and Legal Affairs to address customer needs.
• Train regional supervisors and managers.
• Develop training materials and participate in best-practice research.
• Communicate changes and coordinate training with branch operation management.
• Maintain contacts with state DMV/vendors and monitor regulatory changes.
