Job summary

Amur Equipment Finance, Inc. is seeking a Title Specialist to gather documentation for title processing and verify information such as sales tax, assignments, signatures, and perfection status.

The role ensures original titles are checked in a timely manner and resolves customer requests for title issues. You will collaborate with the title agency and Docs/Funding to ensure follow-up on all outstanding titles and maintain records across platforms.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Two to five years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create Title packets, verifying that all information is correct, including sales tax, title assignments, and all corresponding documentation matches.
• Works with internal departments with title follow-up on outstanding originals, perfected and correcting errors.
• Completes follow-up to ensure title perfection is completed in a timely manner.
• Check-in of paper titles and ELT's daily.
• Filing of original documents.
• Documenting all communications internally and externally in appropriate platforms.
