Job summary

Bruckner Truck & Equipment, a large family-owned truck dealership, is seeking a detail-focused Title/F&I Administrative Clerk to join our Irving, TX team. You will input daily equipment deals, secure liens, handle titling, and assist with warranty documentation to ensure smooth delivery for our customers.

You will work closely with Sales, the Office Manager, and the F&I Manager to prepare loan documents, manage registrations, and reconcile contracts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum two years titling experience and experience in customer service.
• Experience with CDK and ADP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily input of equipment deals, titling, lien processing and warranty forms.
• Prepare invoices, titles and loan documents in coordination with F&I Manager.
• Input and reconcile deals, contracts in transit and warranty schedules.
