Job summary

Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. is seeking a Title Clerk to support the Sales Department in Spokane Valley, WA. You will handle titling, lien processing, and warranty administration, ensuring accurate and timely delivery paperwork for clients.

The role requires two years of titling experience and strong English communication, with duties spanning daily data entry, lien checks, and coordination with F&I and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Two years titling experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret reports.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Input daily equipment deals and titling data into the system.
• Verify deal sheets, OEM billing, and license fees for accuracy.
• Obtain lien information and delivery dates from F&I Manager.
• Manage delivery paperwork, MSO, title, and registration documents.
• Coordinate with Sales and F&I to sign and file loan documents.
• Finalize delivered units and file all related paperwork daily.
