Job summary

Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is seeking a Title IX Deputy Coordinator to support the district's Title IX program, handling administration, compliance activities, and management of reports and investigations from receipt to resolution.

The role acts as a neutral resource and first contact for sex and gender-based complaints, including harassment, assault, and discrimination, with duties spanning outreach, reporting, and policy collaboration to ensure campus safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years' experience related to Title IX and related duties or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience collaborating with law enforcement authorities, Legal or General Counsel on Title IX/EEO cases preferred.
• Experience conducting trauma-informed investigations and preparing comprehensive investigative reports.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to Title IX complaints in a timely manner.
• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed investigations of alleged policy violations.
• Serve as a hearing officer when applicable.
• Coordinate outreach to complainants and provide information about rights and processes under Title IX.
• Assist with policy development and review to ensure compliance.
• Maintain records and generate investigative and analytical reports.
• Manage Title IX grievance processes including investigations, hearings, and appeals.
• Collaborate with Title IX Case Manager and external stakeholders for resolution of complaints.
