Job summary

Tarrant County College is seeking a Title IX Case Manager to support intake and initial outreach for reported Title IX-related complaints. You will collect data, input and analyze files in Maxient, and collaborate with Title IX leadership and stakeholders to provide supportive measures.

Responsibilities include conducting trauma-informed assessments, offering supportive measures, and ensuring accurate documentation from intake through resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year related experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with Title IX, student affairs, or case management preferred.
• Title IX Coordinator or investigator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential initial assessments for alleged Title IX violations.
• Conduct trauma-informed intake interviews with reporting parties to assess safety and gather facts.
• Provide applicable supportive measures.
• Manage lifecycle of a complaint from intake to completion in the case management system.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide services.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as VAWA, Clery Act, and Title IX.
• Organize work to support timely completion, tracking, and reporting of complaints.
