Job summary

Tarrant County College District is seeking a Title IX Case Manager to intake and respond to Title IX-related complaints. You will manage files in Maxient, coordinate with Title IX leadership, and provide supportive measures while ensuring compliance with VAWA, Clery Act, and Title IX.

Responsibilities include confidential assessments, trauma-informed interviews, and maintaining accurate documentation of case activity; travel to campuses may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience.
• Preferred: experience in higher education settings.
• Knowledge of Title IX, VAWA, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides confidential initial assessments to students and employees regarding alleged Title IX violations.
• Conducts trauma-informed intake interviews to assess safety, gather facts and provide information.
• Manages the life cycle of a complaint from intake to completion with accurate documentation.
• Maintains relationships with internal/external stakeholders to provide supportive services.
• Ensures compliance with VAWA, Clery Act, and Title IX regulations.
• Organizes work to ensure timely completion, tracking, and reporting of complaints.
