Job summary

Chandler Unified School District is seeking an Investigation Coordinator to help ensure a fair, respectful, and legally compliant work and learning environment district-wide.

The role leads Title IX compliance, coordinates investigations, manages intake and interviews, and supports HR functions related to workplace policies, performance management, and conflict resolution. Strong communication and collaboration with legal counsel and school leaders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources, employee relations, and workplace investigations
• Experience in Title IX compliance required
• Experience in K-12 education or public sector HR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Title IX compliance, communication, and investigations including intake, interviews, and resolution.
• Manage Title IX-related communication with parents, administrators, and staff.
• Conduct investigations and prepare documentation and reports.
