Job summary

You will work under the direction of the Executive Director of Title IX to ensure compliance with applicable policies.

The role is full-time year-round, with duties including preparing written reports, maintaining case files, and assisting administrators with hearings.

• Document and maintain investigation files in the case management system.
• Handle multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize urgent needs.
• Communicate with all involved parties in a timely manner.
• Assist school administrators on investigations and participate in hearings.
• Participate in Title IX hearings and professional development as required.
• Complete local, state, or federal surveys and reports accurately and promptly.
• Create an inclusive environment with positive communication.
