Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is seeking a Title IX Investigator to conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations of sexual harassment, sex discrimination, and gender-based discrimination by students, employees, and third parties. The role reports to the Executive Director of Title IX and is based at district facilities.

The Title IX Investigator, under general supervision, performs complex work with limited decision-making discretion conducting prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations of allegations of sexual harassment, sex discrimination, and gender-based discrimination by students, employees, and third parties. Employee performs district-level work to carry-out Board of Education policies under the direction of the Executive Director of Title IX.

Place of Work
The normal place of work is on the premises used by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. Charlotte- Mecklenburg Schools reserves the right to require you to work at such other place(s) as it may reasonably require from time to time.
