The University of North Texas System seeks a Title IX Coordinator to oversee compliance with Title IX, VAWA and Campus SaVE Act. The role requires developing and coordinating policies, ensuring secure, accurate case data, and guiding investigations in a confidential environment.

Hybrid scheduling with most on-campus work, strong collaboration with EO, HR, and student affairs, and a focus on training, reporting, and continuous improvement across the UNT community.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years investigating and resolving sexual misconduct or Title IX program experience.
• Knowledge of Title IX, VAWA, ADA/504, Campus SaVE Act, Title VII and Clery Act.
• Ability to design and deliver Title IX training and maintain records.
• Strong investigation and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Title IX Coordinator designated by UNT president and oversee investigations.
• Ensure prompt, equitable Title IX processes for students, faculty, staff and third parties.
• Collaborate with EO, HR, Faculty Affairs and Student/Academic Affairs to support measures.
• Prepare awareness, education, and prevention training for the UNT community.
• Prepare quarterly compliance reports for the President and THECB.
• Manage grievance processes and maintain Title IX records.
• Review and revise related policies and procedures.
