Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field and 3 years of experience investigating and resolving allegations of sexual misconduct or administering a Title IX compliance program.
• Strong knowledge of Title IX, VAWA, ADA/Section 504, Campus SaVE Act, Title VII and related regulations; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to design, deliver and update Title IX training for employees, students and EO team members.
• Meticulous documentation and data analytics for reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Title IX Coordinator as designated by the UNT president.
• Ensures prompt, equitable and impartial Title IX processes for all students, faculty, staff and third parties; maintains separation of responsibilities among coordinators, investigators and decision-makers.
• Collaborates with AVC of EO, EO Director, HR, Faculty Affairs and Student and Academic Affairs to facilitate supportive measures and actions related to Title IX and sanctions.
• Prepares and delivers awareness, education, and prevention training for the UNT community; develops training for students and staff; maintains related materials and communications.
• Leads strategic vision, implementation, and assessment of Title IX compliance; reviews regulations and policies and recommends changes to leadership.
• Prepares quarterly and annual compliance reports for President and Board of Regents; coordinates with other subject matter experts to review policies and procedures.
• Manages grievance processes including live hearings; maintains grievance files and disposition reports.
• Reviews and revises Title IX policies and procedures to prioritize compliance.
