Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field and 3 years of experience in Title IX or compliance.
• Knowledge of non-discrimination laws and related reporting requirements.
• Ability to design and deliver Title IX training for various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as UNT's Title IX Coordinator and oversee investigations and responses.
• Lead training, awareness, and prevention activities for campus communities.
• Prepare quarterly and annual compliance reports for executive leadership and regulators.
• Maintain thorough documentation and secure records with data analytics insights.
• Collaborate with other departments to revise policies and procedures.
