Arkansas State University in Jonesboro seeks a Case Manager & Co-Investigator to support the Office of Institutional Integrity & Title IX. You will handle intake, manage confidential information, and assist with investigations related to discrimination and harassment.

The role reports to the Director and involves preparing reports, coordinating accommodations, and maintaining case databases with a focus on timely, fair processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of administrative/office experience.
• Experience with case management and intake documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and related software.

Responsabilités

• Conduct intake interviews with students and provide information/resources on preventing and addressing issues.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and campus partners to implement accommodations.
• Handle highly confidential information daily.
• Receive reports of discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and related retaliation.
• Prepare and present cases for review; transition to investigators as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Title IX, Clery, FERPA, and related laws.
• Maintain databases and track investigation details in systems.
• Prepare investigatory reports and regular action/recommendation summaries.
• Generate campus/system-wide reports on investigatory actions.
