Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in civil rights, equity, compliance, or related work through internships, coursework, or advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in investigative processes under the guidance of the Title IX Coordinator or lead investigator.
• Conduct preliminary fact-gathering tasks such as reviewing documents and digital evidence.
• Assist with implementing supportive measures and coordinating logistics with campus partners.
• Prepare materials for hearings, informal resolutions, and administrative reviews.
• Assist with data collection and annual climate and compliance reports.
• Develop training materials and help facilitate workshops for students, staff, and faculty.
• Engage in ongoing training on Title IX, civil rights, and investigative techniques.
