Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a Title IV-E Supervisor to join our Human Services team. Based remotely with nationwide scope, you will lead reviews of eligibility determinations, ensure compliance with federal and state policies, and coach staff to deliver high quality outputs across multiple projects and clients.

The role emphasizes data-driven oversight, QA processes, and training materials development using Excel and PowerBI to respond to agency requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including supervision of staff.
• Familiarity with federal entitlement programs and Title IV-E context.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in reviewing and analyzing Title IV-E cases for compliance with state and federal policies and procedures.
• Manage the Title IV-E eligibility team, including supervision and leadership of activities and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies; monitor performance measurements.
• Use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to respond to management requests.
• Lead client meetings and trainings; maintain positive client relationships.
