Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including supervision of staff.
• Familiarity with federal entitlement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in reviewing Title IV-E cases for compliance with state and federal policies.
• Manage the Title IV-E eligibility team, including supervision and leadership of activities.
• Ensure team compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.
• Use data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) to respond to management requests.
• Lead client meetings and trainings and maintain client relationships.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance and SOPs for team functions.
