Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Title IV-E Compliance Lead to supervise the IV-E eligibility team and ensure adherence to federal and state policies. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and ongoing process improvements within a public sector context.

Responsibilities include client collaboration, audits, and maintaining SOPs, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliant operations across programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including supervision of staff.
• Familiarity with relevant federal entitlement programs.
• Strong understanding of and ability to interpret federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in reviewing Title IV-E cases for compliance with state and federal policies.
• Manage the Title IV-E eligibility team and supervise staff.
• Provide training, direction, and feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Monitor performance to meet contractual responsibilities.
• Use Excel and Power BI to respond to management requests.
• Pursue continuous improvement to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead client meetings and trainings and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs and training materials.
• Support audits and state/federal reviews.
