Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a Title IV-E program supervisor to lead the compliance team for state and federal policies. You will supervise staff, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement in data quality and reporting for DCF and PCG management.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with Excel and PowerBI. Remote-friendly with a focus on federal entitlement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including supervision of staff.
• Familiarity with relevant federal entitlement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in reviewing Title IV-E cases for compliance with state and federal policies.
• Manage the Title IV-E eligibility team, including direct supervision and outcomes.
• Direct supervision, weekly check-ins, training, direction, and performance management.
• Ensure team’s compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure contractual responsibilities are met.
• Use Excel and PowerBI to respond to management requests.
• Pursue continuous improvement to increase compliance, value, and efficiency.
• Maintain quality assurance processes for data and reports for DCF and PCG management.
• Lead client meetings and trainings across various settings.
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
