Public Consulting Group (PCG) is a leading public sector solutions firm offering services in Title IV-E compliance, audits, and program management. We seek a Senior Manager to lead the Title IV-E eligibility team, supervise staff, and drive process improvements while ensuring adherence to state and federal rules.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/PowerBI skills. This is a full-time opportunity with remote work options, in the Denver area.

Responsibilities

• Lead Title IV-E case reviews for compliance with state and federal policies
• Supervise the Title IV-E eligibility team and conduct weekly check-ins
• Provide training, direction and feedback; manage performance
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
• Monitor performance metrics to meet contractual obligations
• Use Excel/PowerBI to respond to management requests
• Drive continuous improvement for accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain quality assurance processes for data and reports
• Lead client meetings and trainings
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and teams
• Collaborate across PCG teams to share information
• Keep up-to-date with federal/state Title IV-E rules and share findings
• Lead/state/federal audits and reviews
• Maintain SOPs and training materials
