Job summary

Essent Group Ltd. in Coraopolis, PA is seeking a Banking/Funding Specialist, Title Insurance, to handle wires, escrow recon, and disbursement accuracy on-site. You will ensure timely wire deliveries, reconcile escrow accounts, and support closing operations nationally.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 1+ year in funding/banking. Strong communication, analytical and detail orientation are essential, with proficiency in MS Office and RamQuest preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of relevant industry experience (funding, banking, disbursement, wires, checks).
• Exposure to Escrow Closings on a national basis.
• Experience with RamQuest closing operations system and all integration systems is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret underwriting matrices, lenders’ instructions, trust agreements, and purchase contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare wires (set up and approvals) in banks' websites for delivery as assigned by closing teams.
• Pull hourly bank reports to ensure timely posting of wires.
• Resolves outstanding check issues via online research and communication.
• Print and mail checks to payees with required documentation.
• Balance escrow accounts when reviewed by Recon department for discrepancies.
• Review loan information to ensure accuracy of disbursements.
• Perform internal transfers of escrow funds to facilitate online document recordings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
